What did you expect to happen? For it to sound non staticly like LLE

What steps will reproduce the problem? Enabling new HLE

What version of Dolphin were you using (please test the latest version

tests!)? 3.5-1681

64 or 32 bit Dolphin? 64

What version of Dolphin used to work? 3.5-645 (old HLE)

No More Heroes 2,Mario Party 9, and Kirby's Adventure Wii also have this issue.

I can confirm this bug in Mario Strkers charged (see first video.)

I confirmed this using a newer revision on MK Wii. I will have to post the actual revision once I get back home. Trick is, it only happens in the menus. This did not happen on 3.5

You should add Dive - the Medes islands secret (wiiware) in the list of games affected by this glitch.

Confirmed to be an issue in various Wii and GC games as of 4.0-2626

LLE seems to work around them all, so I'm guessing the Wii and GC games are having the game problem, hopefully.

As I've said in other HLE audio issues, I'm removing them from Milestone current. The old HLE audio was worse, and it is debatable as a regression even. Like any issue, we want it to get fixed, but I don't see it as being release critical especially when compared to the major issues left on the list.
