Game Name? Any Game

Game ID? Any

What went wrong? WiiMote Can't sync

What did you expect to happen instead?syncing WiiMote like it was previously possible in 3.5-367

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have played the game and know its level names. Be as
detailed as possible.]
1.open WiiMote config panel
2.click refresh with the 1 and 2 buttons pressed or the sync button
3.WiiMote doesn't get recognized by dolphin

Dolphin 3.5 and Dolphin 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs. Have you tested with the latest version from
http://dolphin-emu.org/download ? Yes, and 3.5-367 is actually the build that works the best for me

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? 3.5-1363/3.5-2193/3.5-2204/3.5-2205

Which version of Dolphin used to work? 3.5-367

What are your PC specifications (example: Operating System, CPU and GPU)?
Mac OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.4
Core 2 Quad Q8400
Nvidia GeForce 9600GT
4Gb DDR3 1066MHz RAM

64 or 32 bit Operating System? 64-Bit

64 or 32 bit Dolphin? Mac OSX Version

Cc-ing people who might be able to troubleshoot.

Pauldachz has tested this thoroughly. And whined about it thoroughly. It was broken by the Wii Remote Scanning merger in 3.5-471 (r46adbfa9ede1).

I didn't really test thoroughly, I just know that it's fucked up enough that there's no point in testing it myself without any knowledge of what the hell's going on under the hood.

I have whined about it thoroughly, though, y'got that right.

Branch comex-wiimote-fixes should fix this. However, it contains some changes to the Wiimote thread lifecycle / event handling, so someone please test on Windows and Linux.

Well, I was able to sync my WiiMote after this post was done, but for some reason,I noticed that the games run much slower in the new version!
and this might also be the cause of the problem for the syncing!
I don't really know, but my guesses are that the WiiMote waits for a "Fast response" and the emulator is not getting it right while running slower.
look at the screenshots below:
3.5-367:

3.5-2256:

Notice that in the older version, the game is running at 100% without any problems, while in the newer version, it can only run at 50-70%.
And that happens in either, the master branch, or the comex-wiimote-fixes branch.

Probably your configuration. Ask on the forums how to make dolphin go faster on your computer.

It's a well-known fact that Dolphin inevitably gets slower as it progresses. This has absolutely no relation to this Wii Remote issue.
