Description

Starting from 2271 can't start dolphin x86 on WinXP x64, error message appears "The procedure entry point CancelIoEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL". Last working version was 2263.
Don't suggest to run x64 version instead, it never worked on WinXP x64 to begin with.
