PAL NES games have audio constantly stuttering.

Description

Game: This affects all of the PAL NES games that I have. I used MegaMan 3 NTSC and PAL for the comparison.

I tested on HLE, LLE, Single Core, and Dualcore along with PAL60, which had no effect whatsoever.

The audio constantly stutters in the PAL version while the NTSC version plays crisp and clear.

Any PAL NES games should do the trick. Messing with the frame limiter does not help, you can still hear the audio stutter, albeit at a higher framerate.

I tested Kirby's Adventure, Zelda 1, Zelda 2 and the MegaMan games.

My computer is a Core i5 3570K, Geforce GTX 760 running Windows 7
