Ever since today, whenever I go to launch a game, the emulator will shit itself and take my linux session with it; on any settings, GC or Wii, it will attempt to boot the game before my computer black-screens and then resets to login.

What did you expect to happen instead?

The games to boot normally. They have done so in the past.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]

1. Start dolphin.
2. Choose a rom.
3. Attempt to launch it and fail miserably.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

4.0-9something and the latest 4.0-1921. It used to work on the prior, but now works on neither of these.

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

No.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating

CrunchBang Linux (With the Debian Jessie repo's, and the latest kernel in said repo)
Intel i5 3570k
Radeon R9 290

Are you using the 32 or the 64 bit version of Dolphin?

64Bit.

This shows up whenever I launch via the terminal. Something else shows up if I try launching a game, but crashes prevent me from gathering those...
