What did you expect to happen instead?
For any game to run better without glitches.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]

1. Open Dolphin 4.x.x on Windows or OSX (both should act either the same or similar.)
2. try to run either the Wii Menu, VC, WiiWare, or any Wii or GC Game.
3. Warning screen with the message should appear.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
any version of 4.0, either stable or dev. builds

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
OSX Lion, Xeon 2.26 Quad Core, 8gb Ram
(Mac Pro 2006)
