What do you think "exclusive" means?

When you alt+tab, the program with exclusive fullscreen changes. That is why I assume Dolphin still works, if Starcraft II is letting of the fullscreen lock. As I said, you can use Dolphin with Starcraft II is in exclusive fullscreen, but not the opposite.

Jules, it seems with your version the issue only occurs when Dolpin is in pause mode (F10 shortcut) when alt tabbing, otherwise it worked with normal alt tab. Also, Starcraft II will auto-alt tab when a game begins to load, which always had the issue before, but it worked this time (Dolphin is not in pause mode when I let Starcraft II do this.)

For the pausing I did 10+ tests, and worked every time when Dolphin was not paused, but had the issue every time when Dolphin was paused.
