Games of the same name but with multiple revisions or regions show up in a random order in the gamelist

Game Name?
For Example,
Super Smash Bros. Melee 1.0, 1.01, 1.02 NTSC PAL would come up in a random order
Rogue Squadron 2 NTSC, Rogue Squadron 2 PAL can come up in a random order
Even with demos
Rogue Squadron 3 NTSC
Rogue Squadron 3 Demo NTSC
Rogue Squadron 3 PAL
Rogue Squadron 3 Demo PAL
These will all come up with a random order.
What did you expect to happen instead?
Some semblance of consistency
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Have lots of games.
- Notice problem.
- complain on issue tracker
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
All builds of Dolphin currently suffer from this. It mostly changes the order based on when you change builds or purge cache. For very long periods of time they can be in the same order though.
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

What annoys me is that if i run dolphin the game is not in the right order
Star Wars: Rebel Strike
Star Wars: Rogue Leader
This should be
Star Wars: Rogue Squadron II - Rogue Leader
Star Wars: Rogue Squadron III - Rebel Strike
