What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

On HiDPI displays the menu text will be larger than the text boxes that they are supposed to fit into in certain menus (e.g. "Hotkey Settings" and "Controller Settings"), making some of the options unreadable.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open one of the relevant menus (e.g. "Hotkey Settings" and "Controller Settings") while using a HiDPI display

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Using an older version does not appear to solve the issue.
