What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

If you launch Gecko OS after previously launching Melee with a certain code enabled, Gecko OS will black screen.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Launch Melee using either the "Netplay Community Settings" or the "L Cancel % in Results Screen" Gecko codes enabled. Close the game without quitting Dolphin. Launch Gecko OS (elf). Gecko OS will now black screen.
Launching any game (Wii or Gamecube) other than Melee, quitting, and then launching Gecko OS (elf) will resolve the issue.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
