For one frame on boot the game will report the disc cover is open.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start up the game
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Oddly enough, it complains about discs even though LostWinds is a WiiWare game...

Hybrid XFB will end this one completely. It still shows up in immediate mode, but we can easily disable immediate mode for this game.

The Lost Winds titles mentioned by JosJuice are currently 3 star, but are 5 star on the Wiki. So some updates may be needed here. Not really clear why they were raised since this is about Battalion Wars 2.
