We're triggering this assert with some configurations - assert(bpmem.genMode.numtexgens == xfmem.numTexGen.numTexGens);

I was able to get past it on Vulkan at 3x IR, but was greeted by an unknown opcode instead. Not marking this as a regression as it seems that turning on XFB via the INI just made it show up, and that the bug was present before then just hidden by the lack of XFB.

This is still an issue and I figured I would update.

The warning now displayed is:
GFX FIFO: Unknown Opcode (0xfe @ 000001C083D60643, preprocess=fase)

All back ends exhibit the same behaviour at all internal resolutions.

Yeah, it's a fifo issue, there's a bunch of PAL games that do this too. It'll get looked into when the GPU timings are fixed up.
