Wiimms ISO Tools edited ISO, works fine on both Dolphin and real Wii. Only the music files and intro video were edited.

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

See the attached image (especially the galaxy in the background). AVIs produced from dumped frames in Dolphin 5.0-2682 and later look like this. I'm using 3X IR, no AA, 1X AF. Occurs with both dual and single core.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Dump Frames in 5.0-2682 or later.

You can change the bitrate in Dolphin's INI in newer builds and it actually works. We just never bothered to put it in the UI.
