After all this is a Tev issue, tev-fixes3 branch doesn't have it

tbh, you patch shouldn't change anything but small rounding issues as trac only returns the fractional part. As it's fixed in tev-fixes, I won't commit such a patch.

I'm not asking to commit this i'm just found a bug, found the rev that cause this, and found the lines if possible i know nothing about the actual code

please can you test if this issues are fixed in the tev-fixes-performance or DX9-Final branch
