Game: Mega Man Network Transmission - GREE08
For some reason, when playing this game for long periods, more and more graphics will start to black out. Some it is permanent (Loading Transitions) while others it's a one time, thing (PET pull out in levels, the house goes black until next load, PET is affected by that on every pull out until you go into a stage.)
Because the fifo-logs grab very little, I have had no luck in finding a reproduce-able way to cause this. I've only done this in D3D11 (which also has a blackout glitch in Mario Kart: Double Dash) so far, but will attempt to cause it in D3D9 or OpenGL as well.

This happens at least on newer dolphins, it takes a long, long time (read: Hours) before the glitch gets especially prevalent. It seems to get worse the longer you play. Tested on Dolphin 3.5-1920, 64bit.
My Computer is a Core i5 3570K with a GTX 760 and 8GB of ram running Windows 7 64bit.
