NetPlay Support for Homebrew (.elf and .dol)

Hello, all.
I'm the lead developer for the Project M Launcher and unfortunately, in order to use Netplay with Project M, a new ISO has to be rebuilt. As an ISO, it all works perfectly fine. Great job, guys. Unfortunately, every minor patch I want to push out requires a new ISO for Netplay support.
I'm not entirely sure, but it seems as though allowing .dol or .elf as an option for NetPlay is simply an oversight. The Netplay window only shows ISO images.
Is it possible to add .dol and .elf support for Netplay?

Sounds like it'd be fairly easy; just need to make elf/wads show up in the netplay game list, right?

Not having elves and dolls in the game list has always been a point of contention for some users, so we might as well give in and make them appear in the normal game list as well, eh? Maybe even with a checkbox to enable/disable that?

I pushed a branch elf-gamelist which "works", but needs to be fixed by someone who is less dumb.

Moving to next milestone since these issues are not critical to a new release.
If you feel strongly about this issue and want it to block the next Dolphin release, please assign yourself as owner and re-add Milestone-Current.

I was able to boot to Homebrew app through Brawl exploit on Netplay (Project M booting from vanilla Brawl ISO), but the problem is it will eventually desync. Somewhere pointed that "Insert SD card" must be unchecked.
Perhaps need to implement emulating SD card speed for Netplay/TAS...?

Hmm, on a second test, I've just copied then replaced sd.raw on another PC and it no longer desyncs...
