What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
1.The background during time-shift issue seems never got fixed. I have tried the 4.0-1560 and the tev-new-fix branch from the forum, and both background vanished during time-shift.
2.Part of the grass during time-shift disappeared, whitch seems got a mask on them.
3.This happened on D3D only. The map have different color shader on it.

What did you expect to happen instead?
All this issues gone.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start the game.
2.Enter the Lanayru Desert.
3.Try to find and hit a time-shift stone, you'll notice the grass teared, and the background disappeared.
4.Open the map under D3D condition. The north and south part of it may have different color.
