I can confirm this in 4.0-6820.

The lines move position if the internal resolution is adjusted, but seem to be present regardless of that setting (though wider with 1x).

Ok. found it. In 4.0-1146 game runs perfectly, in dolphin-master-4.0-1192-x64 this bug appears. I couldn't find builds between 1146 and 1192, were they deleted or smth?

The number is incremented per commit. In this case, the PR that made 4.0-1192 had 45 commits.

During some recent testings with Just Dance 2 and 3 I noticed the dancers from songs that came on disc have the lines on them but DLC songs doesn't. Also noticed that Just Dance 4 is completely exempt from this issue, even through it internally shares the same engine from Just Dance 2 and 3 (for coincidence, Just Dance 4 introduced a more realistic visual style, so I'm guessing this change was accompanied of a switch to a different video format that doesn't experience this issue)...

This also seems to effect Zumba Fitness (and perhaps other titles).

It seems like it may effect video segments generally (I presume that's what the dancers are). It's most clearly visible in the long video after a delay on the main menu. With IR x1 I get a vertical line of videos that seems offset from where it should appear.

Hi, I've seen that this is no longer happening to me in Just Dance 3 or Gratest hits, Idk when was fixed, I update every month, now the problem is only happening to me in Just Dance 2 and Summer party. I just noticed that the problem existed for Just Dance 1, maybe I could help to fix this:

@jav9i the issue seems to happens only on NVIDIA GPUs and still exists on current versions.

I have a AMD GPU, and is was happening to me in Just Dance 3...
anyway, I can confirm that is not as bad as the image of the creataor of the thread on NVIDIA GPUs

The number of lines is reduced by https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/9956 but it doesn't completely solve this issue. More specifically, with that additional lines that show up on Nvidia devices are gone, but the ones that show up on other drivers (including the Microsoft Basic Render Driver) do still appear. (Tested with a fifolog for Just Dance 2)

Fem in the Dolphin discord has encountered this problem on 5.0-18505 with Just Dance 2 (SD2E41), even with "Manual Texture Sampling" enabled.

Oh, nevermind, Just Dance 2 (and spin-offs based on it, like Just Dance Wii) are special cases. They're the only JD games that didn't get completely fixed by Manual Texture Sampling, but the number of lines on them is greatly reduced by enabling it...
