Description

Just an idea I came up with.

It will be far more convenient to the users who have configured something then forget it, then became perplexed as to why something did not go as expected when it's from the setting they've left it long forgotten.

When open "Show Changed Settings" it will scan through Dolphin settings and then list non-default settings (in tree list). "Show Changed Game Settings" will scan through user INI's beside cheat codes (except 'enabled' cheat codes, AKA "[Gecko_Enabled]" in .ini file) then list them.

Have a checkbox after each line then there is a button "Change Back" which will erase/revert every highlighted settings back to default.

Good idea or just stupid?
