Description

Many games are using line shaders for different speceffects:
Metroids for Map thick lines and othe effects
F-ZERO-GX for effects
ZTP and ZWW and MGS:TS for the map
and maybe others as well
was implemented in OGL in 2870 - r1578e3e195be
In DX11 7340-41 r7c536b8f15f8 but there's still known issue with ZTP map corners
I'm just curious could it be implemented in DX9
