What went wrong?
No sound in the intro video, and messed up sound ingame with HLE.
What did you expect to happen instead?
Have proper sound.
What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Boot the game using hle.
2.Notice the lack of sound in the video intro.
3.There is also extremely crackling sound when ingame.
Dolphin 3.5 and Dolphin 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs. Have you tested with the latest version from
http://dolphin-emu.org/download ?

By messing with the settings (framelimit audio and real xfb) i managed to get proper sound ingame (no sound or basically noise during video intro) but the game runs faster than it should be and it is practically impossible to make combos and progress the adventure story. There is no issue when using LLE and no special setting is needed either.
Below is what shows up in the logger during boot:
