Seems to need efb to ram, but i don't remember that to be needed in the past?

Yes, the game uses paletted textures; and by adding partial support to EFB2Tex, it makes it look worse evne though the effect was totally missing before.

I'm not sure what to do with this issue. It's a regression, but the regression was caused by old emulation being totally broken.

Well, at the very least, we should fix the ini file. (I have a branch to handle this sort of thing in EFB2Tex, but it's still a work-in-progress; not sure when it'll be done.)

This should be fixed in D3D in latest master.
