Dolphin refers to Europe as a country, even though it is a continent.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Make sure you have at least one European game in the game list.
- Right-click on the game.
- Select "Properties".
- Select "Info".

The problem with the word region is that it usually refers to the three or four regions used for region lockout, and that's not what this field is about.
