What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

See attached image. DSI exception occurs when Emulated or Real Wii Remote is connected. This does not occur on a real Wii. Tested on Dolphin both with and without NAND backups installed.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Set Wii Remote 1 to emulated or real
2. Run Gecko OS
3. Observe DSI exception (yay MMU!)

No, no MMU emulation in 5.0

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. First appears in https://dolphin-emu.org/download/dev/master/5.0-6568/ due to MMU but I suspect this isn't a regression since it is likely related to #10896
