What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

The AMD video driver (name could be incorrect) crashes after the intro. (I created a ticket for Twilight Princess GC,PAL around 20 days ago (link: https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/11363), because of the same issue, but in that game it crashed after a random amount of time!) This happens on Vulkan, but not on Direct3D11. (The only two I tested.)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Starting the game on Vulkan.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes, it's version 5.0-8720

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

No, because you can't choose Vulkan as video backend, but I tried a version from two months ago (Dolphin 5.0-8410) and it didn't crash.

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

I'm going to try more versions of Dolphin, till I find the first broken version. If I find it I will post it in the comment section.

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

I don't think that a fifolog will help, but I made a minute long video showing the issue: https://youtu.be/5R5JekK9Wic How it's supposed to be: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1j8YRgGVI9c

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

CPU: Intel I5 6600K,
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 270X (Club 3D royalQueen CoolStream 2GB) (This one: https://de.hardware.info/produkt/205776/club-3d-radeon-r9-270x-royalqueen-coolstream-2gb/spezifikationen)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit
AMD Adrenalin Driver version: 18.9.1

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

The YouTube video I created, wich shows the configuration of Dolphin, the configuration of the Amd software and how it crashes: https://youtu.be/5R5JekK9Wic
