I cannot edit some open tickets for the Emulator project like the following open tickets (#4411, #4709, #5365, #5644, #5666, #5976, #6456, #6537, #6602, #6656, #6802, #7145, #7219, #7254, #7746, #7756, #8044, #8191, #8362, #8557, #8569, #8855, #8899, #13440)

There are also examples of issues with the category set that are closed too.

I get the following error when trying to submit an edit:

"Category is not included in the list"
